What is the yacht certificate ladder?

Under MSN 1858 Amendment 2: OOW (Yachts <3000 GT), then Master (Yachts <500 GT), then Master (Yachts <3000 GT). A Chief Mate (Yachts <3000 GT) certificate can be applied for alongside OOW, and an interim Yachts Unlimited route leads on to Chief Mate and Master (Yachts Unlimited).
