The bridge between
your sea time
and your ticket.

Bridgedeck is a small family of focused apps for working seafarers. An AI MCA oral examiner that talks back, and a free offline logbook that never loses a sea day. Built by crew, for the whole climb from first watch to Master's ticket.

The apps

Two tools, doing one job each.

We ship the apps we'd want on watch — no more, no less. Each does one thing properly, then gets out of the way.

Manifesto

Small, focused, unhurried.

Bridgedeck isn't a company chasing a market. It's a seafarer building the tools he wished he'd had on watch, then sharing them. No hype. No feature creep.

Built where it's used

Bridgedeck started because nothing on the App Store understood a watchkeeper's day.Logbooks were forms. Study apps were quiz decks. So we built the tools we wished we'd had on watch — and shipped them.

By a Seafarer.  ·  Independent & self-funded

Roadmap

A small family, growing slowly.

Two apps live. The pace is set by sea time and what working officers ask for.

FAQ

Plain answers, honestly.

Who is Bridgedeck for?
Working deck and engine officers — from cadets prepping their OOW orals to senior officers logging sea time. We assume you know the trade; the copy doesn't over-explain.
Where do I buy the apps?
On the App Store, and Logbook is on Google Play too. Bridgedeck.app is the umbrella: Study is the AI oral examiner (live on iOS), Logbook is the free sea-time logbook (iOS and Android).
Is any of Study free?
Yes. The COLREGs drills — lights, buoyage, sound signals, steering rules — are free, no card, no timer. So is the full flashcard deck, plus a short voice mock so you can hear the examiner first. You pay when you want unlimited voice orals.
Is Logbook really free?
Yes, up to 100 sea days. After that, Bridgedeck Pro is €34.99/yr — one price, no comparison table. We tell you the price up front so you don't find it three taps deep.
Does Study actually pass me?
Study can't sit your oral for you. It gives you unlimited examiner-style mock orals, a syllabus coverage map, and a candid read of where you're shaky. The MCA signs off, not us.
